From first meeting to signing at the notary

During the introduction meeting we discuss your wishes, inform you about the purchase process and explain our expertise. You decide after this meeting whether further cooperation is desirable.

Whether you already have your eye on a specific house or are still looking for it, we will provide you with a complete overview of the offer, including silent sales and houses that are not listed on Funda. Depending on the service, viewings can be conducted independently or with our real estate agent. After the viewing, you will discuss the findings with the real estate agent and decide on any follow-up inspections.

In the case of a positive visit, the real estate agent carries out technical and juridical research, including checking the zoning plan and Kadaster data. If desired, we will arrange a building inspection to avoid any surprises after the purchase.

The exciting negotiation process is conducted by our real estate agent, using market knowledge and experience to obtain the best terms. After acceptance of your offer, you will receive the purchase contract, which the purchase real estate agent will legally review and in which all conditions are checked. Then the next steps such as the mortgage application and valuation are carried out, until the day of the official transfer at the notary. Congratulations, you are now officially a homeowner!
