During the first meeting the real estate broker will look at the home and inform you about the selling procedure at AB Makelaars. We believe in good communication and mutual trust for optimal collabora- tion. This meeting is purely informative and without any obligation.

Asking price

What is a good asking price for your home? Besides the economical situation and the property market there are more factors that play a role in determining the selling price. For example the neighborhood and the construction year. The broker will take all this information into consideration, where after an advice will be given for setting the asking price. You are free to use this advice as you see fit.

Selling

After determining the asking price, we will start the marketing campaign to promote the home. Professional photographs and the floorplans will be made and published on a website specially made for your home, on funda.nl and on our website. We will actively bring your home to the attention of our network in Eindhoven and our social media channels.

Home tour

The broker will accompany people who are interested in your property during the home tour. Questions will be answered and information will be given objectively. Afterwards the broker will contact to discuss the results and impressions of the visit.

Negotiations

If a visitor has serious interest in your home, an offer price will be made through your broker. Since the broker has already met the potential buyers, a good estimate can be made of your bargaining position. Of course, you decide what to do with this advice.

Purchase agreement

As soon as the offer is accepted and the remaining conditions have been discussed, a preliminary purchase agreement will be made by your broker. This will include the conditions of the buyer, but the broker will also keep your interests as client in mind.

To the notary

On the day of the transfer you will inspect the home together with your broker and the buyer. Making sure the inventory and condition of the home is as agreed upon in the contract. Then you go to the notary where the official transfer will take place. Congratulations, your home is sold!
